This is Week 7 of The Gratitude Experiment, the last part of the series.
As you know The Gratitude Experiment is a 7-week experiment to deepen your love and faith in the power of love.
Week 7 of The Gratitude Experiment is a summary of all the focused ideas I emphasized over the 6 weeks of this experiment. In addition, I will share the focused idea for week 7.
The promise of this experiment was to develop a daily ritual whereby you deepen your love by acknowledging all the love you have received and deepen your faith in the power of love.Â
The Gratitude Experiment marks the launch of the YES! TO Love Movement. Living a life of love is what I want to bring to the awareness of as many people as possible.
Below is a summary of what I covered throughout:
Week 1: The theme I covered is that love is our salvation and love can move mountains.Â
Your high-value action step was to be consciously grateful for the simple things in life.
Week 2: The theme was to give the gift of love.
Your high-value action step was to answer this question: who are the people you are most grateful for this year?
Week 3: The focused idea was to throw unfairness out of the window. Unfairness in the context of gratitude was to acknowledge all the love you have received.Â
Your high-value action steps were:
- To answer the question - What does being grateful mean to you? And
- Count your blessings from now on.
Week 4: The theme was to awaken the joy in your heart.
Your high-value action steps were three-fold:
- Express gratitude to awaken the joy in your heart.
- Reconnect with what brings you the greatest joy.
- Be content and mindful of the present moment.
Week 5: The theme was to see the beauty that there is.
Your high-value action steps were to:
- Become a better observer.
- See, absorb, appreciate and be grateful for all the beauty that surrounds you.
This is where I also commemorate a dear friend of mine, Asa.
Week 6: You were to develop an attitude of gratitude, which is a mindset where you have more positivity in your life. You start and end the day with an attitude of gratitude.
Your high-value action step was to develop an attitude of gratitude to attract more abundance in your life and make it a daily habit.
Week 7: Lean on love more.
You are encouraged to move away from a fear-based existence and towards a love-based existence.Â
The biggest reminder is to welcome life as a gift with a positive outlook and an attitude of gratitude.
My biggest insight in this experiment has been to be more present with the moment and really absorb, feel the moment.
As always, remember, when you say yes! to love, you say yes! to life.
