I often quote Albert Einstein's definition of insanity: “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
Ok, I agree insanity is a strong word!
Albert Einstein's definition is grounded in the idea that even though we desire to change our results, we habitually keep making the same mistakes because we keep acting the same way.
Consequently, we cannot change our results when we keep adopting the behaviour pattern that gives us results we do not want.
Einstein's definition of insanity illustrates a habitual behaviour that does not favour change. Think about it, how can you change things if you keep doing what does not work?

As a personal development coach, I believe in human beings' constant evolution. When you desire to improve your life, what is necessary is to look at what works and does not. If a particular behaviour does not give you your desired result, you need to let go and change it into something more positive.
It is common sense. However, we fail, at times, to see this point clearly. We are so ingrained in what we habitually do that we resist making the necessary changes.

Subtle changes can make a drastic shift. However, the first thing you need to do is to let go of what does not work.

We are now more than halfway through the year, and there is plenty of time to improve the things you can control and would like to bring into the light.
